Uttarakhand: ID card will be released to the gaurakshaks call

The Gau Seva Commission in Uttarakhand issue identity card to the Gurkhas Uttarakhand will be the first state to do so. On Saturday, a senior official told that now the gyroscopes will be known as Gosner Guard. Gao Seva Commission Chairman NS Rawat said, "All the cops in the state will now be known as Gosnarshakr. Along with this, all the intruders will be issued the identity card. This step is being taken so that the actual gyroscopes can be separated from the gangsters who carry violence in the name of the cow. Rawat said that this step is being taken keeping in mind the fact that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said two years ago. Rawat said, "He (PM, Modi) had said that some elements are doing violence in the name of the cow." At the same time, Rawat said that real goraxers have been identified in six of the 13 districts and they will be issued identity cards.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
