Telangana: 10 killed, 20 people injured in bus accident

A road accident took place in Jagtial of Telangana on Tuesday. About 10 people have died in this accident. Along with this, 20 people are reported to be injured. According to the information, all the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital. Initially, according to the investigation, this incident happened due to brake failure. Local police filed the case and is in the investigation. It is being told that on Tuesday the TSRTC bus reached the Kondagattu Ghat as soon as its break failed. Due to which the driver lost control and just went into the ditch. Ten people were killed in this accident, while 20 people were injured.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
