Local Congress leader in Kerala booked for rape of minor tribal girl

A Congress leader has accused the tribal girl of sexual abuse. After which the party has canceled the membership of the accused Congress leader's party. This Congress leader is DCC of OM George of Kerala. 

According to the information, a tribal girl on the DCC of Kerala Congress leader OM George has accused of sexually assaulting her. The Kerala Police is currently investigating the matter. The girl has been sent to the Government Shelter Home till investigation. OM George absconding since the incident. The police is investigating the whole case.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
