Jack Ma founder of Ali Baba supports 6 days a week and 12 hour working for companies functioning but there's nothing to worry about as he said this in a World Artificial Intelligence Conference in Shanghai.
He added that efficiency could be maintained by the "996" formula i.e. working from 9 in the morning to 9 at night and 6 days a week but he gazed at the crystal ball and rethought and said that Artificial Intelligence(AI) can let do the people work for 3 days a week and 4 hours day. There has always been a threat as technology can work better than humans do and could be more productive than any other human work. Many debates did started in making technology works and making humans jobless.
Its true that many repetitive tasks that which are physical as well as mental AI is the answer as that could lead to a fixed pattern of job. According to Jack Ma that would bring some free time to humans as wages have to be made for time put in and not goals achieved.
