The Central Bureau of Investigation is seeking a 5-day custody of former finance minister and accused in the INX media case, P Chidambaram. Meanwhile, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, who is representing the CBI, says Chidambaram was in conspiracy with others in the INX Media scam.
Chidambaram was seen having discussions in the courtroom with his party leaders and senior advocates Kapil Sibal, Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Vivek Tankha who are present with him at his trail.
