Vietjet to fly to India soon, offers flight tickets from ₹9

Vietnam budget carrier Vietjet will commence direct flight operations between India and Vietnam from December
This airline is also known as Low cost bikini Airlines.  This airline company will start its flight from Ho Chi Minh City airport -IGI New Delhi flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 6 December, while services from Hanoi will start from 7 December with flights on the remaining three days of the week. Vietjet in March 2018 had announced its plans to connect India and Vietnam with four weekly flights 

Vietjet also announced special promotional fares for the two new routes under a three-day booking scheme (August 20-22).

The booking for India and Vietnam flight can be done through website (www.vietjetair.com), mobile (m.vietjetair.com) Mobile app (Vietjet Air) or Vietjet's Facebook Page


Currently, Vietjet operates around 400 flights daily, carrying more than 80 million passengers to date, with 129 routes covering destinations across Vietnam and international destinations.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
