1. Visualise how much you would like to eat.
2. Serve yourself half that amount.
3. Chew your food well and take double time to finish your food. By this you will focus completely on food while having your meal.
4. If you still feel hungry, repeat the steps.
And most importantly take a day out as cheat day from your routine and eat in restaurant, party and weddings or any other social gathering.
