Indian automobile company on Thursday sought government intervention through a cut in goods and services tax in vehicle sales, warning that any further delay will put a million jobs at risk.
As per companies what all has to be done is being done to slow down the process of downturn and as consumers are holding back purchases because of expectations of a cut in taxes. Passengers vehicle sales have slowed down due to their worst in two decades in July due to ownership cost and lack of vehicle financing farm distress and a slowing economy.
Government need to bring urgent reforms to bring back auto industry on its toes and save jobs who are in this industry
