Samajwadi Party MP Azam Khan from Uttar Pradesh's Rampur Lok Sabha got a big relief when the Allahabad High Court gave relief to Azam and has put a stay on 29 FIRs filed against him. 

These cases were registered by the farmers against Azam Khan, now SP MP Azam Khan will not be arrested in these cases.

Earlier in the cases that SIT was probing, SIT had issued 27 notices to MP Azam Khan.  And he was asked to record his statement in connection with these cases by 25 September. 

When Azam said that he did not receive any notice then it was pasted at the gate of his house. However, notices later torn from the gate.  But now by this order Azam Khan has been spared of all his worries.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
