Swami Chinmayanand veteran politician and former Union minister of Uttar Pradesh, BJP has confessed to sexual exploit the student who has registered case against the former Union Minister. He and the students have confessed to their crime in the inquiry.
Chinmayanand has said that he is ashamed of his actions. In the case of seeking ransom from the same Chinmayanand, the student's friend and other colleagues have been arrested.
Along with this, the victim is also under investigation. During interrogation, the student confessed that there was talk of her and the youth. At the same time, there were about 200 conversations between Swami and the student.
The team of SIT conducted medical of Chinmayanand this morning, after which he was presented in the district court. Whereupon Adalat has registered a case against Chinmayanand under Sections 376C, 354D, 342, and 506 and sent him to 14 days judicial custody.
