In the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav, an Indian citizen imprisoned in Pakistan jail.  India has decided to knock the door of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) once again. Sharing this information Foreign Ministry spokesman Ravish Kumar said that Pakistan has refused to give counselor access to Kulbhushan for the second time and Pakistan is not following ICJ orders.

Pakistan had given counselor access to Kulbhushan Jadhav. Kulbhushan was then met by Indian Deputy High Commissioner Gaurav Ahluwalia and he stayed with Kulbhushan for over an hour. 

Ravish Kumar also said that Pakistan is not cooperating fully on the Kartarpur corridor. Negotiations between the representatives of the two countries are continuing on this.
