Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Nivas Goyal Found Guilty In Assault Case

Ramnivas Goyal, speaker of the Delhi Assembly has been found guilty in a beating case. Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has convicted the assembly speaker. 

The court convicted him in the case of forcible entry and assault in the house of the BJP leader in the year 2015. The tenure of punishment is yet not clear, but court will decide on October 18.  

According to the law expert he can be sentenced to one year in the case of forcible entry into the house and assault.
