In a major decision to normalize the tense situation in Kashmir the government has decided to resume post paid mobile network in the valley. Indian Government in a measure to restore normalcy has decided to resume the post paid service network of mobile phones.
This will help businessman and tourist business. As this network was stopped when government has swiped Article 370, and to stop prepaid SIM's was a security measure. These services were stopped on August 05 to stop any untoward incident.
