The film showcases the journey of the two elderly women sharpshooters from Uttar Pradesh - Chandro Tomar and Prakashi Tomar who defied ageism while battling a male-dominated society. Coming from village background they have achieved success with self motivation and determination. Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Saand Ki Aankh has been exempted from the state Goods and Services Tax (SGST) in Rajasthan.
