Ram Vilas Paswan today handed over the command of the LPG party to his son Chirag Paswan after 19 years. Chirag Paswan has been made the national president of the party today.
Chirag was crowned at a meeting of the National Executive held at the residence of Ram Vilas Paswan at 12 Janpath, Delhi. The chairman of all the states along with all the officials of the National Committee participated in the meeting.
Chirag Paswan is the son of Ram Vilas Paswan. He was born on 31 October 1982. Chirag Paswan, who had studied computer science, is also a fashion designer. Chirag Paswan first tried his luck in the world of film.
Chirag Paswan made his film debut with the 2011 film Mile Na Mile Hum. Chirag has been a Member of Parliament from the Jamui parliamentary constituency of Bihar in the 16th Lok Sabha elected in the year 2014.
