Is Healthy Skin In Winters Possible?

Winter has slowly stepped in and now main concern is hovering of skin problem related to the growing cold weather.  In these days our skin becomes dry and lifeless. It is very important to take care of our skin in the changing season. In such a way some home remedies is shard with the readers to keep the skin healthy and beautiful in winter.

1. In the winter, everyone takes a bath with hot water. But after bathing with hot water, the natural oil of our skin ends, due to which our skin becomes dry.  So try to rejuvenate your skin with any massage oil so that the essential oil remains on skin.   

2.  Apart from this, soap also causes great damage to your skin. You can use a natural cleanser instead of soap. Like gram flour and many other things.

3. After bathing in winter, apply lotion or any moisturizer on the body.

4.  In winter use good moisturizer like shea butter and cocoa butter or any almond or olive oil and glycerin.

5. Water is the best solution for your healthy skin. If you have oily skin, then drink as much water as possible. If you drink more water, then your skin will remain hydrated. You should also drink at least 8 glasses of water in winter.

6. Dead cells get deposited in our skin many times. Due to which our skin cannot breathe. It is necessary to remove these dead cells. To remove these cells, it is necessary to scrub face and body at least twice. It is very important to keep the skin healthy and clean.
