With no relief in tussle in Maharashtra politics and no consensus between the BJP and Shiv Sena to form the government. The Shiv Sena is adamant on 50-50 formulas.
The Shiv Sena has demanded the post of CM and has clearly stated that if the BJP wants to form a government on 50-50 formulas then only it is going to say yes on a coalition govt. with the BJP otherwise it could also think for a coalition with other parties.
But the Chief Minister's post will only belong to Shiv Sena. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut in a media brief had said that we have an absolute majority and we have the support of 170 MLAs.
In the midst of this battle of politics, on Monday, NCP chief Sharad Pawar is going to meet Congress President Sonia Gandhi. The ongoing conflict between the Shiv Sena and the BJP in the state can suddenly emerge as Pawar making him a kingmaker. Amidst this tussle, Devendra Fadnavis will be meeting BJP President Amit Shah in Delhi.
