As reported three phases of assembly elections in Jharkhand have been completed. Now it is the turn of the fourth step. The election of the fourth phase is to be held on Monday, December 16. Polling is to be held in Deoghar assembly constituency known as Baba Nagari of Jharkhand in Chaithe Charan.
At present, the Deoghar assembly seat right now this seat is in the hands of the BJP. The seat of this seat will be very interesting, because in the 2014 elections, BJP leader Narayan Das gave this seat to BJP for the first time after defeating Suresh Paswan of RJD. In the 2009 elections, RJD leader Suresh Kumar Paswan became an MLA by winning the election for the second time in this seat.
The area of this assembly extends to three blocks of Deoghar Sadar, Devipur and Mohanpur in Deoghar district, but this assembly is still represented by the people of Deoghar. Because voters here are more than other blocks. Prior to Chathe Charan, BJP President Amit Shah reached Devghar on Saturday to offer prayers to Lord Shiva at Baba Baidyanath Dham and addressed an election meeting. Now it has to be seen whether the BJP is able to break into Deoghar once again.
