Caste Based Census Passed In Bihar Assembly

Major decisions have been taken in Bihar.  According to the major decision taken in Bihar assembly has passed resolution which will be caste based.

As per reports coming in Bihar assembly has passed an unanimous resolution in favour of caste based census.
