Fresh Requestion By Nirbhaya's Convicts

As per confirmed sources coming in Akshay one of the accused in the Nirbhaya's case has approached the law of the nation.

As per reports Delhi High court have filed a report asking Tihar Jail Authorities to seek stay on the death warrant of Akshay.

As per reports it is stated that Akshay in his application has stated that the mercy petition which was rejected didn't covered all the facts i.e it was rejected.

Hence he has stated that fresh mercy petition would be send for approval.  This case will be taken up on Monday.

Also another accused Pawan has also said that his death penalty be converted to life imprisonment as at the time of the incident he was minor.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
