The Mumbai Crime Branch has raided six locations on Tuesday and arrested 6 doctors who had been working as Hakim for almost five years. The crime branch has conducted a raid in the east suburban area of Mumbai in which there have been many shocking revelations. According to the reports, the arrested people do not even have basic schooling and some of them are only fifth pass.
Most of the Hakims arrested are from Govandi area, that area has a very dense population. These Hakim not only used to give medical advice but have also done surgery of many patients. The team of Mumbai Crime Branch dressed as patient went to the clinic of these Hakims for gathering information and knowing what the truth is. Investigation found that all the Hakims were running clinics in the area without any medical education and certificate. Police arrested all of them and are now investigations are going on. They will be under police custody till 10 February.
