Muzaffarpur Shelter Home Case Convict sentenced to life in Prison


The court has finally given its verdict on Muzaffarpur Shelter Home Case. The convict Brajesh Thakur is sentenced to life imprisonment. The case came into limelight on 26th May 2018, when in a report it was mentioned that girls are getting sexually and physically assaulted in the shelter home in Bihar and then 19 out of 20 people were found guilty. And later, on the orders of Supreme Court, the hearing of the case was done in Saket district court of Delhi. Additional Sessions Judge Saurabh Kulshrestha sentenced Thakur to life imprisonment.
