CM Yogi Steps And Brings 1000 Buses To Facilitate People Coming From Delhi

In a major development coming in from Uttar Pradesh where Chief Minister Yogi had arranged for buses for dropping migrants coming from Delhi.

As per reports coming in CM Yogi yesterday took meeting of public transport Minister and other officials to arrange 1000 buses on the borders to facilitate the migrants who are coming from Delhi so that they could reach their home town.

Transport officers, bus drivers, conductors and other officials were called in yesterday evening by CM and had been asked to facilitate and provide buses for the migrants coming from Delhi.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
