Lawyer AP Singh Pleads NHRC For Stay On The Execution In Nirbhaya Case

Recent reports having coming in from Nirbhay rape and murder case where the lawyer AP Singh off the convicts of Nirbhaya case has approached NHRC to put a stay in the execution off the convicts.

According to confirm sources just a minute while the writer of the convex AP Singh has approached NHRC national human right commission to put an stay to the execution of the four convicts of Nirbhaya case.

As reported earlier the Nirbhaya convicts will be executed on March 20th at 5:30 a.m. in the morning

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
