CEO Of Airports:- It Is Necessary To Resume Flights

Reports have been coming in from CEO Delhi International Airport Videh Jaipuriar has said that right now it is very necessary to resume flights in domestic as well as International.

According to CEO we have to learn to live with Corona.  And people should not have to worry for the situations arising out of Corona but have to to be careful.

The CEO added that according to him flights are the safest mode of travelling in any case.  And people should be careful and follow all the norms and precautions to avoid Corona.

Right now the flight operations will be starting from Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport from May 25th 2020.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
