Deputy CM Manish Sisodia On Covid-19 Guidelines

Reports are coming from Delhi that Deputy CM Manish Sisodia said that central government has rolled back its order of mandating Covid-19 patient to visit Covid-19 care centres for health assessment. 

Reports are also coming that now medical teams will visit people at their home to assess whether they can stay in home isolation or need to be sent to hospital.

This is done because Delhi is touching its peak of Covid-19 graph with that Delhi is also having limited health facility.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
