According to reports this petition was filed to sought the change of name of the country from India to Bharat and this petition has been adjourned without giving next date.
This petition was filed under the bench of Chief justice of India S A Bobde. Since Chief justice of India was on leave today so the petition could not be taken up for the hearing and the matter was adjourned.
