Eight Police Officials Lost Their Lives In Kanpur While They Went To Nab History Sheeter

According to latest reports coming in from Kanpur Uttar Pradesh where police party has gone to arrest history sheeter Vikas Dubey after a case has been registered against him under section 307.

But things turned ugly when the police party which has gone to arrest Vikas were attacked.  

As per reports coming in JCB was put up there to obstruct the vehicles of the police party.

When police officials came down from their vehicle to clear the obstruction criminals opened fire at them.

There was a retaliating fire by the police officials as well but sense the criminals were on a high altitude they manage to escape from the crime scene taking advantage of the dark.  

But until then 8 of the police officials had succumbed to their injuries as reported by DGP.

Forensic team of Kanpur is at the spot and an expert team is also underway to the crime scene to investigate other details.

A large scale operation has been carried out to nab the criminals. IG and STF team has reached the spot to investigate the matter.

The eight police officials who had lost their lives are:-  CO Devendra Kumar Mishra, SO Mahesh Yadav, Chowki in charge Anup Kumar, sub inspector Nebulal, constable Sultan Singh, Rahul, Jitender and Bablu.
