Vikas Dubey Arrested From Ujjain Mahakal Temple

Reports coming in from MP, Ujjain where notorious gansgter Vikas Dubey has been arrested by a tip off by a local shop keeper.

Vikas Dubey who is wanted in a shoot out of 8 policemen who went to arrest him in a attempted murder case registered against him.  All 8 policemen passed away in the shoot out.

Vikas Dubey had been still on large after that shoot out.  The shoot out has been held since 5 days.

He was arrested from Mahakal Temple Ujjain where he has come to offer prayers.  He has been hiding for five days.  And police was on a look out since then.

Dubey has been charged in nearly 60 criminal cases including murder, kidnapping, extortion and rioting.

When arrested he screamed Main Vikas Dubey Hoon Kanpur wala when police beat him while taken to police van.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
