Oil India Limited Engineer Dies After Falling From Oil Well

Reports have been coming in from Baghjan Blowout well site where Arnab Kishore Bordoloi an electrical engineer of OIL ( Oil India Limited) who was working with some equipment at the well suddenly fell down and lost consciousness. 

However he was provided emergency health care by doctor at site and was taken to AMC where he was declared dead.

The reasons of the death is still unknown and investigations have been initiated immediately. 

Reason of the death will be known after post-mortem. A Team from OIL is carrying out inspection at well site to find out possible reasons for this accident.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
