Three Storeyed Building Collapsed In Maharashtra Eight Dead

Reports having been coming in from Maharashtra where 3 storyed building had collapsed late last night.

As per reports rescue operation by NDRF (National Disaster Response Force) underway at the site of building collapse in Bhiwandi, Thane.
Eight people have lost their lives in the incident which took place earlier today.

According to latest information coming up around 8 people have lost their lives and still more feared trapped inside the debris of the building. 20 people have been rescued by locals. At least 20-25 people are feared to be trapped, as per initial information.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
