Air Quality In New Delhi Deteriorates Further

As per reports coming in air quality in the national capital of the country New Delhi has deteriorated further and most of the parts of the national capital is engulfed in smog.

Visibility in the national capital of the country has gone below normal and most of the parts like ITO, Najafgarh, Noida NCR is engulfed in smog.

Air Quality Index at ITO is at 472 in the 'severe' category at as the national capital witnesses heavy smog.

Akshardham templeAnd Anand Vihar are also engulfed in thick and heavy smog.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
