Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), To Launch (PS2) of PSLV-C49 Today

Reports have been coming in from Dhawan space centre and Sriharikota where Countdown for the launch of PSLVC49/EOS01 mission commenced yesterday at 1302 Hrs(IST).

As per reports from Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) SHAR, Sriharikota all the preparations of the last minute is being done for the launch. The launch is scheduled tomorrow at 1502 Hrs IST: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)

According to the media sharing from Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), filling of fuel for the second stage (PS2) of PSLV-C49 completed.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
