Cyclone Burevi Intensifies And IMD Issues Warning In Southern India

As per reports coming in from Tamil Nadu a low pressure area has been developing in the southern parts of Sri Lanka which has now developed fully into a cyclone.  This cyclone has been termed as Cyclone Burevi.

According to Indian meteorological Department this Cyclone warning cage mounted at Pamban bridge, in view of cyclonic storm 'Burevi'.

Reports have confirmed that Cyclone Burevi will cross Sri Lanka coast close to Trincomalee on December 2 evening/night and will emerge into Gulf of Mannar on Dec 3 morning.

It is expected that the cyclone will cross south Tamil Nadu between Kanyakumari and Pamban on December 4th early morning.
