Farmers Union Step Back From Meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah

As reported earlier Union Minister of Home Amit Shah had called on the leaders of various Kisan Union for a meeting to discuss the possibilities for an amicable settlement to end the farmers agitation.

But due to the recent report coming in the farmers have boycotted the meeting saying that the Centre is trying to divide the farmers.

As per sources the farmers have said that they won't attend any meeting called by the Govt until PM Modi doesn't hold a meeting with leaders of all 507 farmers unions

This statement is issued by SS Subhran, Joint Secy, Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee, Punjab, at Singhu border.

This statement brings a major setback to the ongoing efforts of the Union Government to resolve the matter amicably.
