    Low Lying Pressure Deepens In Tamil Nadu

    Reports have been coming in from Southern India where according to Indian meteorological Department a Deep Depression has developed over Gulf of Mannar close to Ramanathapuram District coast.

    It is reported that however this deep depression has remained practically stationary during past three hours and is laying centered at 0230 hrs IST of 4 Dec over Gulf of Mannar close to Ramanathapuram District coast.

    While it is reported that from Central Water Commission Tamil Nadu that Periya Odai at Venganur in Cuddalore district upstream of Wellington dam is flowing above its previous Highest Flood Level and is still rising.
