    Supreme Court Hearing Petition Filed By BJP Workers Against TMC Government

    Reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi there Supreme Court is hearing the plea filed by West Bengal BJP workers against TMC government.

    As per reports Supreme Court's three-judge bench, headed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, starts hearing a plea filed by West Bengal BJP workers against the TMC government's "false FIRs" 

    The Supreme Court has issued notice to West Bengal government and orders no coercive action should be taken by govt against BJP leaders till next date of hearing in Jan 2021.

    The SC was hearing the filed petitions which are initiated by BJP MPs Kailash Vijayvargiya, Arjun Singh and others alleging foisting of false cases on them.
