Ambassador K Nagaraj Naidu, Permanent Representative, United Nation Expreses Concern On Terrorism

Recent reports have been coming in from United Nations where Indian Ambassador K Nagaraj Naidu, Dy Permanent Representative at United Nations Security Council Open Arria Formula meeting has shared India's opinion on the present on going situation of terrorism.

As per reports Ambassador K Nagaraj Naidu has said that a recent trend in global terrorism is the rising number of children that are recruited and involved in terrorism-related activities.

India recognizes the urgent need for member states to develop tailored, context- and conflict-sensitive approaches to ensure prosecution, repatriation, rehabilitation, and reintegration of children of foreign terrorist fighters as per Ambassador K Nagaraj Naidu.

Ambassador K Nagaraj Naidu, Dy Permanent Representative at United Nations have said that for terror groups, children are most susceptible to manipulation.

He further added that whether these participants of terror groups act as active participants in terror or as human shields to protect perpetrators of terror.
