Defence Minister Rajnath Singh Says Once A Soilder Always A Soilders

As per reports coming in the Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is attending an event in Bengaluru which is for the veterans of Indian Air Force and right now the event is going on in Indian Air Force Headquarter in Bengaluru Training Command.

The Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressing at the Veterans Day event at IAF HQ Training Command, Bengaluru has said that he believes once a soldier, always a soldier. 

The society draws inspiration from the veterans of the armed forces. They have an important role to play in the society.

According to the Defence Minister the central government have authorized the Local Formation Commanders to include private hospitals in the ECHS (Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme) panel.

The central government have given approval for the acquisition of 83 indigenous LCA Tejas fighter jets from HAL. 

This decision will help generate more than 50,000 job opportunities in the country as per Defense Minister Rajnath Singh during the Veterans Day event in Bengaluru.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
