Enforcement Directorate Attaches Assests Of Solan Based Private University

Reports have been coming in from Himachal Pradesh where Enforcement Directorate has attached the assets of Solan based private University with the connection of an alleged fake degree scam.

As per reports coming in from Himachal Pradesh where the Enforcement Directorate has  attached assets of worth Rs 194.17 crores.

It is reported that the assests belonged to a Solan-based private University in connection with alleged fake degrees scam.

The Enforcement Directorate has arrested 8 people including key accused and two persons are in judicial custody. 

Investigations carried out by the Enforcement Directorate revealed that the degrees are sold in 17 states. 

Sanjay Kundu DGP, Himachal Pradesh while speaking to the media revealed that the investigating agencies are working with Financial Intelligence Unit - India, ED and Income tax in this case. More investigation has been carried out by the Enforcement Directorate to more people who may be involved in the fake degree scam.
