PM Modi Expresses Grief On Death Of 10 Children In Hospital Fire In Maharashtra: Inquiry Ordered

As per reported ten children has lost their lives in the fire that broke out in the Sick Newborn Care Unit at 2 AM.  On this incidence PM Narendra Modi has expressed his grief over the fire incident at Bhandara District General Hospital in Maharashtra. 

In a tweet PM Modi has said that it is a very Heart-wrenching tragedy in Bhandara, Maharashtra, where we have lost precious young lives.  

Chief Minister's Office has reported that Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has spoken to Health Minister Rajesh Tope as well as District Collector and Superintendent of Police of Bhandara district over the fire incident in District General Hospital. He has also ordered a probe.

According to Sandip Kadam, District Collector, Bhandara. Maharashtra, Technical committee will investigate to ascertain the reason behind the fire.

Devendra Fadnavis, Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Assembly has also demanded an immediate probe in the fire incident at Sick Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) of Bhandara District General Hospital. Devendra Fadnavis have also asked the government to take strict action against the culprits.
