Congress government toppled in puducherry, CM V Narayanswami resigned

 


The government of congress has  toppled in puducherry. Chief Minister V Narayanswami government has failed to prove its majority during the floor test. During floor test the congress and DMK leaders walk out from the assembly house. the speaker declare that the government failed to prove its majority so the government has toppled. Narayanswami has failed to prove its majority and adjouned the house sine die after this narayanswami resigned from the CM post.

What CM said on this issue

3 nominated members has no right to vote in confidence motion. When my speech concluded the government releses whip but the speaker not agree with this. this is a murder of democracy it is not happen in anywhere in india. public will teach them lesson.

Later speaking to the reporters, V Narayanswami said that he had submitted his resignation and also his colleague  MLAs and independent MLA submitted there resignation to the Lieutenant governor Soumya soundarajan who getting aditional charge of puducherry after removal of kiran bedi from the post. she is currently serving as the Governor of Telangana.
