IAF's MiG-21 Bison aircraft crashes, pilot killed

 

An Indian Airforce pilot was killed on Wednesday morning due to a crash of Mig-21 Bison aircraft, IAF said on Twitter. This fatal accident happened when the aircraft was taking off for a training mission at an airbase in Gwalior. "IAF expresses deep condolences and stands firmly with family members. A court of inquiry has been ordered to find the cause of the accident," IAF added in their statement.
