Two Officers Lost Their Lives In US Fresh Violence

Latest reports have been coming in from the US Capitol locked down due to security incident as per reported by US Media.

According to latest update a Capitol Police officer has died after a car rammed into law enforcement at a security barricade. 

A second officer has been injured. The incident doesn't appear to be 'terrorism-related as per reported by police. 

US Vice President Kamala Harris expresses gratitude towards Capitol Police and mourns the death of Officer William Evans who was killed after a car rammed the US Capitol complex, earlier in the day.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
