    Vehicles With Proper Fitness Can Ply Even After Expiry: Delhi Transport Minister

    Latest reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where Delhi Transport Minister has informed that Union Transport Ministry in its guidelines mentioned that those vehicles with proper fitness even after expiry can ply.

    But according to  Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot the situation in Delhi is peculiar.

    As per NGT and SC order, petrol-diesel vehicles with 10 and15 years life span respectively, are required to register after completion of their durability. 

    Vehicles registration is automatically suspended after completion of life span as per Delhi Transport Minister Kailash Gahlot.

    Considering public queries the Minister has instructed transport department to look into the issue. Delhi govt and transport ministry, if required, will again move application in Supreme Court or NGT so that it reviews its order in line with the Centre's law according to Delhi Transport Minister.
