India Invites Tenders For Building Six Conventional Submarines

Latest reports have been coming in from the Ministry of Defence which has stated that it has issued tenders for building six conventional submarines for the country.

According to reports coming in from ANI India has issued the tender expected to be worth around Rs 50,000 crores for building six conventional submarines for the Indian Navy under Project-75 India. 

The tender has been issued to Mazagon Dockyards Limited and Larsen and Toubro according to a statement by Defence Sources.

The sources further added that the two Indian companies, identified as the strategic partner, would now select one partner each from the five global original equipment manufacturers including firms from France, Germany, Russia, South Korea and Spain.
