President Ram Nath Kovid Not To Lay Wreath In Kargil Vijay Diwas

Latest reports have been coming in from president office which has stated that President Ram Nath Kovind won’t be laying a wreath at Kargil War Memorial in Dras due to bad weather. 

According to reports coming in the President Aliya was expected to lay a wreath at Baramula War Memorial as per Indian Army officials.

According to reports today is the Kargil Vijay Diwas.  This day Indian security forces Kargil from the Pakistani soldiers and Kargil Vijay Diwas is being celebrated in the memory of soldiers who lost their lives in this war.
