30 People Affected From Delta Variant In Nashik

Latest purse having coming in from the economic state of the country Maharashtra where around 30 people have been tested positive for covid-19 Delta variant.

According to reports coming in from Maharashtra around 30 people have been infected with Delta variant in Nashik. 

Out of these 30 people 28 patients are from rural areas. Dr Kishore Shrinivas, Surgeon in Nashik district hospital while speaking to ANI has said that we sent the samples to Pune for genome sequencing after which they were tested positive for Delta variant.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
