Lowest Cases Of Covid 19 Cases Reported In The Past 150 Days

Latest reports have been coming in for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare which has share the latest data of covid-19 cases in the country in the past 24 hours.

According to reports coming in India has registered 36,571 new cases in the last 24 hours.

The active caseload stands at 3,63,605.  These numbers are the lowest numbers in past 150 days. 

Recovery rate of people from covid-19 in the country has also gone up to 97.54% according to Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
