    NCPCR Wrote To District Magistrate To Review Situation In Allegedly Raped And Murdered Of Minor Girl

    Latest reports have been coming in from National Commission for protection of child rights which have taken into consideration of the case of a minor girl who was allegedly raped murdered and was cremated without her parents consent.

    According to reports coming in National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) wrote to District Magistrate, South West, New Delhi yesterday.

    The National Commission for protection of child right wrote this letter yesterday in a matter where a minor girl was allegedly raped, murdered and cremated without her parents' consent in Delhi.

    As per sources NCPCR requests DM to ensure that the victim's identity is not disclosed during the process of investigation under POCSO Act 2012 and furnish action taken report within 48 hours.
